Momentary Ink acquired by Krystal Labs

Momentary Ink was one of the first businesses to move into the renovated warehouse at 1025 Hamilton Street in 2016. The perfect mix of tech and light industrial made their lofty space ideal for production and back office as well as a shipping hub for their B-C online fulfillment needs.

Krystal Labs acquired the group earlier this year seeing the potential in the product and IP they had to offer.

This is the second Spring Arts start-up that has been acquired by a larger firm leaving an as built vacancy ready for the next great business to open the door.

INLT, a tech start-up that specialized in customs brokering was acquired by Amazon in 2019 and moved operations to Seattle as a part of the deal.
