Fishtown Analytics raises $12.9M after move to Northern Edge

Philadelphia Business Journal reports that $12.9 million funding round, led by Andreessen Horowitz, one of the country's most well-known Silicon Valley venture capital firms. Founded by alums of RJ Metrics and its spinout Stitch — two of the region's highest-profile exits in recent years — the company is now looking to roughly double its 24-person team of remote workers over the next year. Conversations started in January and reached an advanced point before the Covid-19 pandemic fully hit the country, he said. The deal closed without interruption.
